Ingredients
• 50ml Dilmah Earl Grey Tea, chilled
• 20ml Lavender syrup
• 10ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 15ml organic apple juice
• Dash pasteurized egg-white

Method
• Add all ingredients to a Boston shaker and shake hard for 15 seconds
• Strain into a pre-chilled coupe glass
• Garnish with lavender string and some Earl Grey Tea
