• 20g Dilmah Meda Watte Tea prepared in 3dl water
• 1.5l water
• Juice from 3 lemons
• 0.75kg sugar syrup
• Softin (stabiliser)
• Neutrin (stabiliser)

Blend the sugar syrup and the stabilisers. Add the
rest of the ingredients and whisk together. Pour
into a bowl and leave in the freezer. Whisk every
one hour until it thickens.
Garnish – 1 sprig of mint
