• 5g Dilmah Earl Grey Tea
• 5g Ginger
• 10g Mint
• 300g Crushed ice
• 15g Honey

Boil the water and steep ginger along with water for 3 minutes so that it gets the flavour. Remove from the fire, add the tea leaves and cover it for 3 minutes. Add in the mint leaves, mix well and chill it in the fridge. Serve with crushed ice.
