• 10g Dilmah Green Tea Moroccan Mint

• 500g Milk

• 150g Fresh Cream

• 6 nos. Egg Yolks

• 175g Sugar


Brew 10g of almond tea with 75ml of water. Allow to cool. Boil milk and fresh cream with sugar. Add the brewed almond tea. Beat the egg yolks and fold with the cream and sugar mixture. Add the almond tea. When the mixture is cool, add the mixture to the ice cream machine.
