Ingredients

• 15ml double strength natural Dilmah t-Series Natural Ceylon Ginger Tea

• ½ mandarin

• 4-5 chunks pineapple

• 15ml ginger liqueur

• 45ml vodka

• 10ml sugar syrup

Method

Muddle mandarin and pineapple, add vodka,
ginger liqueur, ginger tea and sugar syrup.
Shake and strain. Serve in old fashioned glass.
