Ingredients

• 13g Cream Cheese

• 1 Egg

• 20g Corn Flour

• 20g Fresh Cream

• 50ml Egg White

• 50g Sugar

• 50g Melted Chocolate

Method

Beat the Cream Cheese with Corn Flour and gradually add the eggs. Then add the fresh
cream. Do the meringue with Egg White and Sugar Separately . Then fold above mixture with meringue. Finally add melted Chocolate and mix. Bake in 150°C oven with Water Ban Marie.
